couldn’t get the story straight so they would have to do it over. Ultimately Clark had to put the testimony on audio tape and the tape is what was played at the trial. The special prosecutor described Clark’s testimony as ‘manufactured’ and it could not be used against Mattingly.

Mattingly will have a ton of eye balls on him and will be under extreme scrutiny when he is elected to office. This will cause him to work harder and smarter than any States Attorney in this county in the last 20 years. If you give frtiz a 'free pass', everyone will forget about the states attorney's office, things will go back to normal, there will be no oversight and the problems that face our county which could have been fixed by a new administration will continue.
