Looking for recommendations for a good gun repair shop. Picked up a couple guns at an auction and would like to get them looked over before attempting to fire them. Thanks.

Go to Maryland Shooters (http://www.mdshooters.com) and ask the question in the Southern Maryland section. There is a local guy here in St Mary's county who can probably do it, the name escapes me now. For any serious repairs or work I would go to Scott's Gunsmithing in Glen Burnie. You could also go to the gunsmiths at Gander Mountain in Virginia, it's about the same amount of time to get to Glen Burnie or Fredricksburg. I can only give a positive recommendation to Scott though, never had work done at Gander Mountain.

Thanks. I don't think they need any repairs, but since I don't know their history I'd like to get an expert to give them a once over.
