I always have issues with mine. It seems like it only works every now and then.

We have the internet / phone bundle.. I've never had an issue with the phone.

Metrocast told us we would get a two hour repair response if the phone went out, and so far they have made good on that twice.

Verizon on the other hand, after spending inhumane amounts of time with an operator from the Phillipines will tell you that someone will fix it in the next week or so.

I've got relatives that routinely spend one week or more per year without land line phone service from Verizon due to the outages.

Choose carefully...
