Corn Casserole

2 cans cream style corn
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 small chopped onion


Mix corn and mix well....add remaining ingreds.....Bake @ 350 'till thick...

I made it tonight and it was very bland. Maybe because I didn't use the mexican cornbread because they didn't have it at Foodlion so I got regular cornbread mix. I still thought it would be good, but not so much.
