Very cool. Fascinating to go back into the 60's and earlier, and see how many cars bragging about how much they weigh.

for fun you can use this inflation calculator to see what the price of the cars back then was compaired to todays dollar.
It can be eye opening.
for example, in 1963 my parents bought their house for roughly 13,000 dollars, that amount adjusted for inflation is equal to about 93,000 dollars today, but the same house they are in is selling for 180,000 in their neighborhood.
so the price of homes has outgrown the rate of inflation by almost twice the amount.
Doing this with things like cars, food prices, utilities and such can certainly show why people are so broke now.
