Pumpkin - it's a good food right? It's got fiber and tastes good too ....

... so I saw in Target a package of Archer Farms Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix - oh my is it good. I believe it was like $3 or $4 for the package, so not too pricey either.

What I wish I could find is a recipe for Pumpkin Ice Cream like they make at Cherry Hill Farm (now at Miller Farm). I can't believe they can keep a recipe such a secret!

I've also tried making pumpkin bread too Mmmm.

What other ways can pumpkin be integrated into meals? Mostly what I see online pertains to making desserts or breads.

Saw this one:

It's healthy until you mix it with ice cream

Try skim milk (or almond milk)

2 scoops of vanilla protein

1 cup (I think) of pumpkin mix

Add Cinnamon (however much you like)

Ice

BLEND

ENJOY

(read it in a bodybuilding mag, pretty good if you like pumpkin)
