NASCAR implements yet another rules change to "increase competition" and/or "level the playing field" and/or "eliminate runaway championships" and yet, Jimmie Johnson will still win the Cup and the races will still be boring. :popcorn:

Bobby Labonte takes a no name team into the top 5 in at least 1 race.

Everyone will go around the track counter-clockwise.

There will be accidents.

There will be a winner, and a controversy and a fight as a result of that win.

Someone will get an official time-out.

Many people will go home ticked off that their driver didn't win/place/finish.
