Hi all. This past Friday, my diabetic cat passed away. Before I throw away his insulin and diabetic food, I wanted to see if anybody was in need of it. The name of the insulin is Lantus. I'm not sure of the name of the dry/wet food, but I can check when I get home today and re-post the name of it. Thanks!

Is Kitty Lantus the same as People-lantus?
I take Lantus for my diabeetus, and that #### is expensive.
As for the food, if it's not Whiskas, my cat is more likely to use it as kitty-litter than to eat it. I swear that cat is pickier than my kids.
Sorry to hear about your cat. My condolences.

Thank you, and to everyone else for the condolences!
I believe it is the same Lantus that people take. And yes, that stuff is expensive! That's another reason I'm trying to find someone who may need it. The bottle is about 75% full.
As for the food, it is some type of diabetic food he had to eat. He hated it! The only way we could get him to eat it was to mix it with gravy from the wet food.

You might be able to donate it to one of the local rescues or shelters. Sorry for the loss of your kitty.
