Anything like this? Condition is irrelevant, I can repair any defects it might have. Not "man rated" repairs, but they wont need to be.

I'm looking to convert one to a trailer to tow my kayak(s) behind my bicycle. Strip it down, extend the length of the tongue. I can find ones used on Ebay in the $50-$60 range, but if I can make this an even lower cost project, that would be cool.
