They're whole lemons preserved in brine. Salty and tart. More versatile than I expected them to be.

I think I just found my dinner for tonight? Thanks Vraiblonde! I will put these over angel hair pasta or thick noodles..?

@ Salsa's....The El Paso....yummy and a ton of food as usual...have plenty left for lunch today. :drool:
