Did you ever detail exactly what was so bad about your washer? And why you blame QBHI for its performance instead of GE?

If you would read the blog instead of asking endless dumb questions you would know that I received the dishwasher in a damaged state. GE or any other manufacturer does not fix things that monkeys have damaged due to negligence during installation, even if the product doesn't work.

Personally, I think they bought it out of the scratch and dent pile to save money and just thought I would take it and not complain. I've spoken to Lowes about the damage on the dishwasher chassis and they stated there's no way in hell they would allow their delivery people to bring something to your home with such damage.

Hence, the dishwasher problem completely belonged to QBHI; the same way my kid's bedroom window did after they hit it with a drywall crane and left the frame smashed. The window company told them to get screwed; they don't fix negligence.

Me?

I don't pay for negligence. I paid for a new item, with no damage, and in working order.

You know what's disturbing?

If they left all that dirt and trash under my dishwasher, then that tells me they did the same thing with my kitchen cabinets. Instead of cleaning the floor, they just installed stuff over whatever was lying there. I can only imagine what's under the cabinets. I should make them remove them to check and clean the floor underneath.

Finding that while unhooking the dishwasher yesterday upped my anger a wee bit and I took it out on the General.

Now that is FUNNY!!! You sure do pay for negligence.

You are paying a mortgage on a 400k house that, in your opinion, is shabbily constructed. You turned down the replacement dishwasher and admittedly bought a new one out of your own pocket. How can you say that you don't pay for negligence? Did QBHI refund you the price of a dishwasher? If not, then you have bought 2 of them!!!

We need to get your story straight.

1. I haven't bought a new dishwasher yet. And of course I turned down the new dishwasher.

Would you pay $175 over the MSRP for a product that is being replaced for you because the company screwed it up the first time? Heck most companies would give you one to shut you up and make you happy. Instead they tried to screw me of all people, once more.

2. QBHI and me have not settled yet on that radon pipe option that I paid for. You know, the radon pipe that they put into the footer of my foundation and filled with concrete instead of having an air pocket as intended.

uJR9ajPUAOM

That radon pipe eff-up might pay for a lot of dishwashers.

my apologies then...I must have misread your post when you claimed you went to Lowe's, found one on sale, used your military discount and used a coupon on top of all those savings and got a model (Bosch?) that was better than the GE for the same price. If you didn't have 15 threads going, I would research your dishwasher purchase post - but I don't have the energy to do that research.

That post was in reference to the fact that I only purchased the appliances that the builder forced me to buy, IE. the dishwasher, gas range, and oven. I went to Lowes and bought the fridge, washer, and dryer at at 40% discount.

Once a good dishwasher goes on sale, then I'll go back to Lowes and buy that too. And I'll use MarylandMark's advice and check to see if a post office change of address packet has a 10% discount coupon in it as well. If it does, I'll get 50% off on the dishwasher.

If a perspective employer asks you if you have a Facebook account and you lie and say no, they would hire a liar, why?

Especially since most people use them at work and IT Departments can see all the websites that you visit and even take screen shots of what you're doing on your computer at any time they choose. Of course these reports go to supervisors and usually get used when they want to dispose of a lazy, dirt-bag employee.

I've been preaching for several years to teenagers that are on the right track to really be somebody in life that they better never, ever put anything on the web such as Facebook comments, or be in photos they don't want people to see of them in compromising positions etc., because they will come back to haunt you at the worst possible time.

And the people that do these things really have no one to blame other than themselves despite their anger at everyone else involved when this stuff comes back from the past.

You're right.

The dishwasher will be washing up on your beach over there in Breton Bay soon.

Oh please do..I have copied this thread to show the authorities when the dishwasher shows up on shore so they'll know who to contact about the illegal dumping. I also have security cameras panning the shoreline.

A dishwasher washing up on the beach is not an emergency, even if it's dead.

You have to call the Sheriff's Department help line for advice.
