If in Texas, are the Texas Roadhouse restaurants simply called "Roadhouse"?
Isn't it redundant to say "Texas Roadhouse" when you are IN Texas?

Neither. You won't hear about me going to Cracker Barrell, or Barrell, because that place is just plain yucky.
