I can readily add the Blue Angles freqs onto the Calvert scanner. Pax tower too? Various airshow frequencies? On a temporary basis for the weekend only, of course.

Or leave it alone with police/fire/msp?

Secret? Hardly. Their freqs are widely published, I have them allready. And yes, I have UHF capability, as well as many other bands. It's a Uniden Beatct BCT-15X scanner.

I have the airshow "airboss" freq as well as the air to ground freqs of many of the acts. Pax tower traffic will be routine ATC stuff, you're right there. The tower still may issue takeoff and landing clearances though, even during the airshow. Depends on how it's briefed up regarding airboss vs tower running the airfield.

Awesome job Don. Do you have the air boss frequency(s) by any chance? I have a list of 100 frequencies which include the F-16 demo team, geico sky typers and the Aeroshells as well as the blues if you are looking to add more. Do you know what the airboss is using by any chance. I am new to the forums and love airshow comms. I always take the scanner to airshows but it makes it easier if I know the frequencies going in. I will definitely be tuned in today around 3 for the Blues.
