I don't want to go to the Dr. for this because they'll think I'm crazy...buuuttt..... I noticed this weekend quite on accident that I have something weird going on with my arm/neck area. There is a tiny little bump on my upper arm. Tiny as in if I hadn't found this weirdness out I wouldn't know it was there. Its the same size as my hair follicles on my arm. Looks like a goose bump almost. Anyhow; When something lightly brushes across it I get a horrible bee sting feeling on the back of my neck. Yep - my neck. Bump is on my arm just a little up from my elbow and bee sting feeling is on the back of my neck; right at the base. It hurts like a mofo. I tried laying on my right side last night and realized that steady pressure to the bump gives me a dull achey pain in my neck. Its just the light brushing over it that gets the sharp WTF pain.

So all of you medical know it alls; wth is wrong with me? Is this something I should go get checked out; or is this just one of those old people things all of you old people have to deal with?

Get a magnifying glass and see what is stuck in your arm. Pain in the neck is from whatever is stuck in your arm hitting a nerve...sorta like acupuncture...

My mom had a bout with Shingles which started the same way, but there was a red rash associated with the bumps. Do a lookup on Shingles and see if there are any similarities to your condition.

No , I was actually doing that before you posted :lol: There was a little scab on it - I thought maybe it was a baby tick or fiber glass. Had someone tweezer the scab thing off and now there is just a little tiny pin prick hole..and its even more sensitive. I think I'm dying.

My husband took me to the ER last night for severe pain in my right shoulder blade. It ended up being a gallbladder attack. This is the first time this ever happened to me and it was not fun.
