Letting Go - How to deal with grief and loss
Are you struggling to cope with a loss? Do you need help letting go of the grief and sadness that seems to consume your every minute? The Discovery Forum, sponsored by The Visionary Alliance, will be offering the second in a series of free seminars with Dr. Carol Drury, PhD, at the Leonardtown Library between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 29th.
"Letting Go - Learning to cope with grief" will teach specific skills needed to deal with grief and loss. During this FREE 90 minute seminar, Dr. Drury will teach the steps you need to take to begin the healing process and let go of your grief. Whether you are grieving a profound loss, such as the loss of a loved one or a relationship, or unable to overcome the sadness from a personal mistake or lost opportunity, learning how to let go of your grief is critical to moving on with the rest of your life.
