We have always had a tradition that the birthday boy gets to choose dinner for his birthday. Three boys could be counted on for one of two requests, Lasagna or Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas.
My youngest will be 21 next week. He wants Mudslides for dinner. :otter:

Anyone have a favorite way to make them? Should I get the mix or individual ingredients?
