My newest addition to my yard arsenal. I had a small Stihl hand held the works fine for small clean up but I have an acre and a half that is heavily wooded with oaks and wanted something to make the annual agony of leaf removal a little easier.

Where to begin, I went with the 550 because it was cheaper than the 500 because it is not the reduced sound model. Airspeed is about 900 mph........ok only 200 mph but it ROCKS. It blows everything right down to the dirt. Comfortable, nice nice fuel tank so you are not constantly having to refuel, the controls are great, starts first pull, and it is easy to use.

Another great purchase at Milt's.

Oh, $30 off backpack blowers at Milt's right now. The boy and I got 2/3 of the front done in about 3 hours.

I thought you said on FB that it was a 10,000 mph model?! What are going to do with the handheld? I drag an electric cord to clear my driveway.

Keep it, it works great for little clean up and drying cars after you wash them to keep from getting water spots. I also use it in the house to dust

I've got two hand helds, one a nice little Stihl and the other a cheapie, but with almost the same speed and volume of air moved. When it gets heavy I go out with both of 'em. :killingme I would like a backpack, but these work so well.

I have tools and a good imagination. We should make a mount for them and you can double barrel it.
