Poor little guy! Are you going to see if he is Microchipped? He may have been lost quite a while with as thin as he looks. As stated above, please let us know what's going on with him.

Owner located. Apparently, the dog is old and is strictly an outside dog. :-( There were people interested in him, so that will be "presented" to the current owner.

I guess that's good news that the Owner's were found, but I have to say no wonder he looks so sad, being an outside Dog. I hate to think he's chained. I hope the people give the poor guy to the people who are interested in him. How did you find the owner's?
