Good info in there, but I felt like the article was trying to make a point and never quite got there. Almost like I was reading a commentary or encyclopedia.

Haven't read the article yet, but if so, practicing Jews should be alarmed, but should not be surprised.
Just looking at their past history, the Jewish nation, at least those that adhere to the Law, has missed the boat on numerous other occasions in the past 6,000 years or so.
Many OT prophecies point directly at the current events ongoing.

The article is referring to the Messianic movement within Judaism. They are not talking Jews for Jesus here. In the past 6,000 years, many nations and religions have come and gone, but Jews are still here. So I am not sure that they've missed that much.

And Christianity has been here for over 2000 years. The scribes and Pharisees of Jesus' time thought it would pass as a fad if it was not of God. Guess what? It did not pass.
The Jews have missed a lot. The only reason they survive is God's promise to Abraham.

The only reason?...God's promise is huge and maybe that's all Jews need. They do have time on their side.
