Couldn't think of the city/area.
1330; Now reported to be a high angle rescue on the path about a mile from the boat ramp
1330; 23 year old male, riding a bike, went off the path fell down an approximate 30 foot cliff. Foot is entangled in a tree
1334; Charles Engine 24 on the scene, establishing the command
1335; All units to stage at the boat dock
1336; Swift water team was put on for the ropes and equipment
1337; Until a return is received, all units slow it down with the exception of closest squad and Engine 102 -- per Chief 2
1342; Ambulance reports a chainsaw will be needed to free victims leg
1343; Units bringing saws and ladders
1345; Requesting helo Category B, Priority 2
1346; 23 year old male with a patent airway
1347; LZ will be at Gilbert Run Park
1349; Still attempting to access patient, fell approximately 300 feet..still 100 feet from the patient
1351; Holding Engines 2, 10 and Truck 1
1351; Units have reached patient, attempting to bring him up
1351; Trooper 7 with a 15 minute ETA
1356; Victim has been extricated from the tree, units have moved up the first hill. Will package the patient and move up the second hill
1404; Trooper 7 about 5 minutes out
1410; Patient has been removed from the cliff
1416; Command terminated, Trooper 7 on the ground

Nothing personnal, but you guys really do need to hire someone to write your stories.
"The patient has been pulled out of the embankment."
I didn't know it was possible to get stuck IN an embankment. Like I said, it really makes whomever writes these stories sound dumb.
Here let me take a stab your version:
A bicyclist has fallen down an embankment at Gilbert Run Park in Charles County. Rescue crews are on the scene. The patient will be flown out to a hospital to be treated for injuries.
The patient has been pulled out of the embankment. Crews are prepping to come out of the woods.
Our reporter is on the scene. More info to come...
My version:
Rescue units are on the scene at Gilbert Run Park after being notified of an injured bicyclist. Indications are the bicyclist fell down an embankment. Rescue crews have secured the injured bicyclist and are packaging the patient for transportation to the hospital via helicopter.
