Just curious- I've been watching the pet classifieds for Lhasa Apsos. Every few days multiple ads appear for teacup yorkies, all worded about the same, with different locations, but with the same email address. Then they quickly disappear. Not interested in a yorkie, but curious about these ads. Are they some sort of pet scam?

I don't think there is a such thing as a "teacup" anything..i'm thinking a legit breeder wouldn't use the term :shrug:


Either way..those dogs are very expensive, and even more so if you want an exceptionally small one..so the chances of getting one for 120 bucks or whatever they say are nil. Plus, there are a ton of them with the same wording/price but lots of diffferent areas that aren't even SOMD..if people's scam-o-meter's aren't going off, they kinda deserved to get scammed.
