Take a look at this picture, entitled "The Forgotten Man (http://www.mcnaughtonart.com/artwork/view_zoom/?artpiece_id=379)", and the words from the artist beneath (if you need an explanation).

Good stuff. It would be more better to have some charts laying out beginning and ending national debt for each potus as well as beginning and ending gdp and pertinent notes of the major things that happened during each ones term(s) to give a, if not comprehensive, then, certainly a handy dandy summary of each.

I wish each and everyone of the "voting" people would read this! Perhaps it would "wake them up" and see just where we are heading as a country?! Sincerely hope this guy, Obama gets out of office, before any more damage is done to our economy! (MY opinion, so do not slam me!)

A question. If you can't be slammed for an opinion, what should one be slammed for? An 'un-opinion? I mean, we are all 'entitled' to our opinion. However, what then, of differing opinions? Split the nation in half and give some to the Obamites and the rest to the Bush-ites? Or, Newt-onians? Or Mitt-fits?

I say all this only half jokingly because you are right about a 'wake' up but, wake up to what? It seems pretty self evident that both major parties are of the 'more is more' stripe when it comes to government unless it's the other guys that do it and, quite inconveniently, most of us, at least in the abstract, think that 'more' has long since become far too much. Thus, a conundrum.

So, what would you, seriously, have us wake up to?
