Just back from assisting at this High Mass. The Mass celebration was excellent. The Scola was excellent. And Father gave a good sermon.
Just wish it had been offered in St. Mary's County.

Wish I had known that you were there, I would have said hello.

Maybe if you attended a Traditional Latin Mass instead of the watered down Novus Ordo, you might think more highly of the Catholic Faith. The TLM is much more holy and God centered.

No one understands Latin today and, if 17 years of it couldn't convince me to stay, I doubt if another session would. Thanks anyway. :howdy:

How is it more watered down?

Herein you will find a split within the Catholic Church. But, it is important to note that it is not a doctrinal split, it is a matter of style.

So, what is removed? Bavarian makes it sound like whatever is in the Latin would be more powerful than the new order of things. The Novus Ordo isn't all Joel Osteen type of stuff is it?
