Not sure what it is called, but it seems that the option that would allow you to snip a particular post out of a thread is gone.
Not sure how to explain, but when you would quote a thread, there was an option in the top right corner next to the post number in the thread, so you could copy that post and paste it elsewhere.
Am I making myself clear or just clear a mud? :lol:

They just changed the name.
Go to 'Tools' / 'Vasectomy'

Are you talking about multi-post quote where you could select several posts at one time to be quoted in your reply? If yes, just click on the icon for the closing quotation marks next to the "Reply w/Quote" link. They will toggle to red when selected.
If not, I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are you referring to an icon/command that appeared in the edit toolbar when creating/editing a post (similar to the YouTube or Quote icons)?
