Jesus said that we would have trials and tribulations in life, yet, He calls us to be of good cheer. It is only through His Strength, however, that we can be of good cheer and have a true inner peace that helps us when experiencing difficult times - whatever the cause.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

The call to trust in God is written throughout the Holy Bible and it is also reflected in a song that I once heard several years ago. Just wanted to share this with anyone who may be needing some comforting words this week. The song is by The Imperials, titled "He Didn't Lift Us Up To Let Us Down"
