I graduated from CSM in '10 with an AAS in Accounting. I then transferred online to UMUC where I complete 6 credits online. I chose to end my educational experience at UMUC because the school chose to shorten all online classes (they stupidly thought it'd be better for students, when it's actually not). Recently I looked into Kaplan University, which didn't work out either because it's a private school, so financial aid wouldn't even cover the cost of one class. Any assistance/suggestions will be appreciated. I'm not looking to go away anywhere though, I will complete the remainder online.

What degree are you trying to obtain? Typically, public schools are going to be the most cost-effective. IMO, most of these private online schools are little more than over-priced cash cows.
