A place a little off the beaten path. I was very impressed with the food and the service.

Is it good? Pete and I ran by there (whatever day it was) and peeked in the window. Looks too fancy for our Friday night happy hours but a good place for a normal dinner.

Its in solomons on dowell road. Dowell road is off of route 4. If you know where ruddy duck is, dowell road is one of the roads that it borders. If you go down dowell road a bit there is a townhouse community. Turn right after the first speed bump to The Back Creek Bistro (red brick building)

They are only open on weekends for dinner until memorial day.

I think the chef from Vincenzo's took over ownership.... I agree, excellent food.

Actually, it is very nice inside but suits & ties not required. It was casual. I know the owner through the SBA and would love to have happy hour there some Friday! Oh, the one time we ate there, both Dgates80 and I thought the food and service was great!
