I have. Loved it at first and used it pretty much daily. It does take some getting used to as it does not really lather or suds up. After a few weeks I felt like it weighed my hair down so I stopped using it daily. I now use it only occasionally.

I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. I have really thick long hair and I wash my hair every other day. With Wen I felt like I was having to wash it everyday which was a pain. Because I have so much hair it was also taking awhile to get it all over my scalp which was also a pain. I am not a morning person so doing less in the shower in the morning is the best for me. Maybe if I had given it more time I might have liked it better or if I was willing to wake up earlier to have more time to fool with my hair. I did like the other products that came with it.

Personally, I LOVE it and highly recommend it to anyone who has curly, frizzy hair. I am now able to wear my hair semi-straight, without frizz and without much effort. I have been using it for a couple of years now.

Another option is Sally's Hair One. Same product, half the cost.

I love it too. Usually get it on QVC when they have a special so price isn't bad. Have thin, natually blond hair and for many years it would not grow pass my shoulders before splitting and breaking off. Since using Wen it is to my shoulder blades. Started off using it every day, then found I could go a couple of days without washing (just rinsed with cool water) and now can go almost 6 days and it still looks great. I could feel a difference with my hair soon after using it but the test was my husband noticed how nice it was within the first week and didn't know that I had changed anything. Still getting comments from friends. Several different formulas for various hair types and issues.

I've used "Hair One", bought it at Sally's as a matter of fact. Didn't like it, was getting a lot of hair breakage soon after using it. Switched products and the breakage went away.

I've used both Hair One and WEN and Hair One pales in comparison.

Name of product is Hair One and is sold at Sally Beauty Supply Store. For me, not the same quality or results so not sure it's the same product. Save the money you'd spend on Hair One and put it towards Wen. Get it from QVC and it's less expensive than the website. Better to get it when they are showing it as there will be better deals.

WEN and Hair-One share the same top 4 ingredients; water, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and glycerin. Hair-One is a viable alternative to WEN, the price difference puts it firmly in the lead for me. Since using Hair-One my hair holds color well, no breakage to speak of, and it looks and feels healthy. I can’t justify spending 3Xs the price for the more heavily advertised product when the cheaper option performs well. After all, it’s just conditioner. I’ve used Suave conditioner with similar results. Use what works best for you!

So I tried to cancel my Wen back in May and it has been impossible. They keep sending me packages and I keep returning them. Today I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so that I could be sure they would stop charging me. SO ANNOYING. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. After looking online it seems like a lot of people have had this same problem. I can't believe a company would be run so inefficiently so it must be a ploy to get more money.

I wouldn't recommend Wen after this process.

My hair was getting kinda dry and dull looking after switching shampoo and conditioners. I had be thinking of trying WEN. Read some of the reviews online and there were a lot of reviews about WEN causing hair to fall out :yikes: No thank you. I switched back to the Redken color safe shampoo and conditioner and used coconut oil as a deep conditioning treatment. MUCH happier hair and scalp now. Plus coconut oil is great for your skin and will help take care of those ugly bumps on the back of your arms and legs (keratosis pilaris/chicken skin)

Really  It was only like 5-6 bucks for a big tube of it. So far I really like it. I use a little after I get out of the shower as a moisturizer on my skin.

I thought about trying wen but am afraid to spend that much only to not like it. I wish they had like a sample so I could at least try it first. I had posted before about loving GLOSS Moderne High-Gloss Masque but couldn't convince myself to spend almost 40 bucks on it . So I recently bought Loreal evercreme conditioner and I love it! It is not as good as the other stuff but really close and the price is way better at 6 bucks a bottle. It is sulfate free paraben free 100% vegan and has no heavy waxes. It also has a coconut smell simular to the Gloss Modern stuff. I would consider trying wen if I could try it first.

I have baby-fine, wavy & frizzy hair. I've tried a lot of the expensive stuff, but finally find two of the cheapest shapoos on the market made by Tresseme, and another by Suave, and they work great! Better than most of the expensive stuff I've used!!

I just purchased the fall pumpkin scented Wen cleansing conditioner.

I have never tried Wen before and now I am seeing so many mixed reviews that I am nervous to even try it.

My hair is thin enough, I can't afford to lose any of it. :ohwell:

Don't be afraid! I have thin hair and I absolutely love it! My hair has grown so much and is so much easier to handle. It will even hold a curl now. I love the pumpkin scent too. Just make sure you read the instructions or watch the video on how to use it at the website. You can't use it like shampoos you've used in the past or you won't get the great results. At first I used it every day and gradually I have been able to go longer and longer between uses. I only rinse with cooler water most days and wash every 4-5 days depending on what I'm doing. Take your time and enjoy! I get it from QVC when they have specials and it really brings the cost down.

I like the Wen products but the cheaper, Sally's version (Hair One I believe) actually works much better on my hair.

But, the best products on my hair are without a doubt Suave. The shampoo and conditioner are cheap and it makes my hair feel great!

The same shampoo/conditioner works differently depending on the water you have.

Sally's has a new size of Hair-One, approx three of the smaller bottles. It was on sale last week for $19.99. Great deal!

I tried the Sally's version a few years ago and didn't like it, but that was either in NC or MD. its all a blur so i cant remember specifics. I've heard that some people get different results with Wen and Hair One so we'll see. If I like Wen I may try it again. My hair has never responded well to the Suave Professionals line. The best drugstore shampoo/conditioner that I've found for my hair is Herbal Essences but it still isn't that great.

I liked Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship until I moved and got stuck with this water. Now it sucks. My hair is dull and lifeless. It's well water. I've almost always had well water and my hair has always been healthy. I had public water for 2 years while living in a condo and my hair was the shiniest ever. I guess I'll keep wasting money trying to find the right shampoo/conditioner combo to fight off this crappy water. I might add that the well water is treated and I think that may be the issue.

I love it! My hair is soft and shiny and feels very clean without being dry at all. I can also go a day longer without having to wash it, which is great. And it dries in less than half the time so it more than makes up for the extra few minutes spent in the shower.

The only downside is that you have to use SO much, so I'm going to try Hair One again from Sally's to see how it compares. Also, when I comb through in the shower I'm losing a lot of hair, but I have a lot so it's no biggie. It's probably from all the extra scalp stimulation. I don't seem to be shedding as much throughout the day or when I brush my hair so I'm sure it all evens out in the end.

You might want to use Neutrogena Clarifying Shampoo once a week to get the residue off your hair. I use it, and my hair comes back to life, with shine, and more body, and my natural color is brighter too. I have Well Water too.
