Is there anywhere in the area that offers Body Pump classes? I would love to start taking them again!!

my co-worker goes to the classes at the gym in San Souci Plaza.

World Gym Mechanicsville, and Leonardtown. Not sure about other World Gym locations.

I'm pretty sure all gyms offer BP classes. There are several in the area to choose from, the most common (and interchangeable) is World Gym. They have locations in Lexington Park, California and Lusby. There is also Maximum Health & Fitness in the San Souci shopping center.
