How do you make a link say what you want, but still go where it's intended? TIA

Post reply - look at top of post writing area - blue globe with paper clip looking thing. Click on it. Window pops up for you to insert link. Do so. Then it duplicates the link [ URL="http://somd.com" ] http://somd.com [URL] in the bracket (I highlighted it) you can change the second time the link name is listed to whatever you want
