Well after My Brandy passed away, I rescued a Baby boy Yorkie mix from a rescue in Delaware, 6 weeks later I was back at the same rescue picking up his sister. The adoption coordinator just emailed me again to help her find a good home for another Yorkie/Maltese mix. She is 5 months old, 4.5lbs, utd on all shots, spayed, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is big - $500, BUT when I brought Bandit home, it cost me that much to have the rest of his shots done and then neutered so I guess it works out. This is what the rescue requirements are - so for those that want a companion for their pup, how can you say no to this face.....

Requirements of the rescue she is with...
No young kids, No first time pet owners, Vet references are required
Must have another dog her size, shes very playful and needs a buddy
No apts/condos/attached dwellings as shes apparently very vocal LOL.....

Yes, she would. But I'd have to get a bigger bed because between Apollo and Kiki Stinkertoes, they take up most of the real estate.

and here I thought they had you wrapped. A true wrap would be you either buy a bigger bed, or give up what you have to the animals.

Actually I've thought about getting him a dog but not sure if I have the schmoke for another one. Plus he's such a good boy that I don't believe I'd have that kind of luck again.

That's exactly how I felt when I got Tajii. It has worked out beautifully though, they are even actually "playing" together now. Now I can't imagine not having him. Who knew? :bann:
