So what do you think this baby is? About 3-4" front to back legs. We didn't measure real closely.:lol: Biggest one I've seen around here.

If it were anyone else, it would be "a dead or soon to be" spider.

That is going to be one odd looking spider when it hatches, or, maybe an odd looking lizard.

ah yes, just look closely at its eyes, then you can tell the difference if it wants to fish or just carry off your first born :killingme

most definately a wolf spider, male to be exact females are the big black round ones, they carry babies in their back. the bite and it hurts like hell but are not poisionous (spelling) get some good bug spray, kills them dead. they can get in the smallest spaces.
