Bless you for taking them in. I agree, I wish people would have I.D.Tags on the Pet. They might be Micro-Chipped. If you get a chance, take them to the Vet, or Shelter for a FREE Scan. Good luck!

I have my fingers crossed that they're micro-chipped, going to find out this evening. I imagine they belong to someone down there near the water..
