I certainly agree... I'm not trying to be "racist" here but, other ethnicities are "taking" our jobs even if we are more qualified. Usually will work quicker for less pay. The economy/job prospects are NOT getting better!!!

In all actualaty, they are not taking our jobs, the american male is giving them their jobs. A job should be earned. If the next guy out works you, then you need to work harder to show him up. If you cant, he will get your job. This is true of any race. You dont want hispanics taking your drywall work, then you have to do it better then them......
