What does this mean? How can something be neither here nor there? If that was true it would be nothing. Then again, there really is no such thing as nothing, at least no one has seen any, so it must be something which would mean it has to be somewhere. So where is it? Everywhere? I would think it to be impossible to be everywhere at once.

But.....wouldn't this be more of a philosophical issue? Like, 'if a tree falls in the forest; and there's no one around; does it make a sound?'

That's fine for something to be neither here nor there, but where is it? It can't be nowhere, because there's no such place as nowhere. Everything is somewhere. And we only care about where it is, not where it's not.
It's like the question of, "Who did this?" and people pipe up with, "Not me." Okay, I didn't ask who didn't do this, I asked who DID do it.

Next 20 business days from when? Prove the moment when it was postmarked. When did it actually enter into processing for shipment? What type of shipping? Was it of foreign origin? Foreign with respect to where? If domestic, what are the common carrier restrictions? Do they apply in this instance, and did the unwitnessed falling of a tree displace enough of the space-time continuum to introduce a routing anomaly?

Well, that's neither here nor there, but the point is, all we know is there are many who DIDN'T do it. Eliminating all but the culprit might take enough time that the location of the actual deed may have moved with respect to its original location as computed in the space-time continuum, more or less, if it was at rest for any period of time that we can clearly identify.

You have reached the Event Horizon phenomenon, where space-time becomes infinitely curved. That's an interesting thing to mention. Because of S-T's curvature, where we think of as "there" may only be our perception of there and not the actual there. The true there may be an incomprehensible number of miles away, in which case we cannot absolutely confirm it is neither here nor there. It is very sneaky!

1. Schrodinger's Cheshire Cat (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=neither%20here%20nor%20there)
The cat is both here and not here, while simultaneously being neither here, nor there. The cat cannot be nowhere, yet the cat is not everywhere. However, it may be anywhere, but it can only be somewhere. So, where is it?
"C'mon, just give up, already! You've been looking for that thing for hours! You might as well be looking for Schrodinger's Cheshire Cat!"
"But it has to be here. I've already looked everywhere, and I haven't found it anywhere. Perhaps if I start looking nowhere, I may end up finding it somewhere!"
