Back to original question. If I ran a retail store she would be asked to go home and change. Then we would have a talk about whats appropriate attire when dealing with the public. If it happened again she would be replaced. When you have customers of all ages and tastes you should stay somewhat basic in your dress code. I would have never thought that girl was an employee.
