They are good for your lawn, eating bugs and little critters (their food source).
But they do attract snakes, circle of life.
Black snakes good, Copperheads bad.
So, what would be the best thing to do?

I am tired of killing copperheads and do not want my dogs bit again.

My hubby said get rid of the bugs and the toads will leave on their own. He put stuff down and sure enough we are toad free and I have not seen any snakes either so hopefully it put an end to the chain of life in my yard.
