I'm looking for a pre school for my niece starting this coming fall when she will be 3. Looking for a free or cheap one. I know about the head start program but is the quality of instruction good? Up for suggestions

We were very happy with Blessed lambs in LaPlata. I thought the rates were pretty reasonable although I cant remember exactly what we paid. good luck!

Unless the child is special needs you are pretty much not going to find a free one. There is Building blocks of Faith in Charlotte Hall/Mechanicsville, Mt. Zion Church has one also. You have to pay for both but I do not know the prices.
