At what I made for the Relay for Life silent auction. The auction will be held will be at the California Texas Roadhouse on Monday night. Also that night 10% of you dinner bill will go to the Cancer Society, but you have to have some kind of paper or coupon, I'm hoping somebody that has more info will post on here.
It's a garden topiary about 2' tall with a tile base.

I know, I was just sitting here trying to figure out if I could do St. Mary's too so I had a chance to bid on it!
Calvert's Relay is June 15th. Our team makes jewelry (necklaces & stretch bead bracelets in the "colors" for each kind of cancer.) I also, as a personal effort, create a couple of themed gift baskets for the basket auction. Something as cute as what you created would get all of my "tickets" trying to win it!
Do you make and sell those anywhere? It's very cool!

Thank you so much for your donation! :drummer:
For those who are interested in bidding on this topiary or supporting our relay efforts, come out to Texas Roadhouse in California, MD on Monday between 4-8PM. You will need to print out a coupon which can be found at Welcome to Facebook - Log In, Sign Up or Learn More (http://www.facebook.com/trailsendpets) or email us at Admin@TrailsEndPetSitting.com . Texas Roadhouse will make a 10% donation to our team for all customer receipts that display the fundraiser coupon.
A great excuse to not cook on Monday night!
Thanks again for this very cool topiary!

What kind of themed baskets are you doing? I can try to come up with something to add for you. Anybody can bid on Monday night, even if you are from another county!
I will have topiaries for sale, I can pm you and tell you where.

Thanks for the PM!
I usually do one for "kids" and one for adults that involves some type of "relaxation/pampering" theme (ie, "Girl's Night In" - with wine, chick flick dvd, manicure stuff, chocolate; "A Day at the Beach" -- pareo, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.). I don't plan too far in advance -- it's kind of a "how the spirit moves me" type of inspirational thing. Although, I haven't yet done a gardening themed one and it's definitely suited to a relaxation/therapeutic type of thing... Perhaps you are the "spirit moving me"! :huggy: I'll send you a pic of what I come up with as soon as I get out there shopping! :yahoo:

If you do a girls night out basket I'll donate a hand dyed silk scarf. I dye a lot of them.

I've been making soy candles too, you could have one of them for a basket. The only thing I ask is you put our shop information with the donations.

Thank you for those kind offers! I've always included a business card, brochure or at least a "cutesy" note with a list of sources whenever I include things from local small businesses-- win, win as cancer gets funding, person gets cool items & small local businesses get new customers! Hmmm ... Maybe I can do a "Southern Maryland" type theme... I'll PM you towards the end of the week. I should have my themes picked by then. Again, thanks for your very generous offers! 💜

Actually there is a second thing..... eep me in mind if you have any dishes, bowls, figurines etc you are getting rid of, even if they are broken. I use them for mosaic and the topiaries. Thanks.
