Anybody else in the Leonardtown (or any) area experiencing drops in DSL? I will get 3 or 4 drops over about a 3 hour period almost every day. I thought at first it was just the WiFi link (lost connection on the smartphone too) but connected ethernet cable to the router for the last two days and I am still getting drops. They just last for a couple of minutes but it is a PITA!

It's driving us crazy in Prince Frederick. It's been going on for days. It will be fine for an hour or two & then drop every 10 - 15 minutes. We have even tried resetting our internet box.

It has been going on in Mechanicsville for the past few months. Yes is a real PITA when i set pictures to load to my site overnight while everybody is a sleep only to wake up to find that during the night my DSL lost connection and none or a few of my pictures loaded.

I have been having the same problem since last fall here in Ridge. I made the phone call but they were not helpful at all. At first they told me I was in too busy a port and they would hardwire me into another one not so busy. Took my internet down all day and did it. When I got back online I had the same problem. They then told me I was getting satisfactory numbers when they ran the tests on my line and that was all they were required to do. The end, no more help.
