Saw a dude run into the store left the car running and doors unlocked....and people wonder why the crime rate is up...thats like a open invite....

Or if for some reason it would slip into gear, it could result in injuries.

yesterday at BJ's saw a suburban running unateended, then see dog in front seat. Ok never mind, full compliance with the law !!!!

So is running a red light, failing to yield, crossing a solid line, speeding.... but people do it anyway. Some people just don't get it.

If the consequences-shmonsequences weren't so severe; ie; being arrested for GTA; it would be nice if we could get in a vacated, running vehicle; and move it; then get out and watch the perplexed expressions.
