Helmet fitting, bike mechanicial checks, free repairs where possible, egg demonstration, hand signals, group rides, hand signals, Fit and Healthy St. Mary's with fitness information, and contests, nutrional information, recreation and parks summer program, trail information.

Three Notch Trail at Baggett Park in Mechanicsville/Oakville area (on Route 235) . Group rides approximately 3, 3:45, 4:30, 5, 5:45 and final ride starts at 6;15.
Open to young independent riders. Parents encourage to ride (or walk).

Come out and enjoy the fun.
