It's what some bikers call car/truck drivers, due to the similarity to being in a cage when driving one. Never liked it myself, not a term to help understanding flow.

I feel the same about the Rice Rocketeers, The thought of them slamming the back of a tractor trailer while they are doing that 100mph wheelie brings me joy.

Alas it is to late, as they tried to cross the bridge to Virginia...they just gave up and one jumped from each side. They are now at peace in the river Pits.
