And thats the key. The government picked who would get what in those proceedings, and that's not legal or right.

My friends in Michigan said the auto bailout was a joke. Letting the companies restructure was the best thing for them and that did not happen because of the bailouts. Nothing like extending the life of something bad instead of rebuilding to something good. But is that not the socialist model. Make everything common and equal to the point were nothing has any real value.
