I fell asleep also !

NASCAR and Bruton Smith need to tear down these cookie cutter tracks, restore Atlanta to its old configuation, return to Rockingham and North Wilkesboro and give Martinsville 10 races a year.

I fell asleep watching Denny Hamlin on Direct TV Nascar Hot Pass running in 2nd trying to conserve fuel . Woke up after race by wife and came out at Kentucky with a 2 pointer after finding results . :coffee: Can't believe that Clevalley was Shut Out in points and every one else got only 1 .

Denny Hamlin signed new contract with JGR . Question now is Joey Logano or Matt Kenseth driving that Home Depot / Dollar General #20 Toyato Camery in 2012 ?

If Kenseth were coming in, there's no way Gibbs signs Hamlin to an extension unless a fourth team is developed.

I've read a lot of media people on Twitter saying it was a good race last night and that TNT dicked us out of seeing the race.

I will say this, the last two TNT broadcasts are the worst pile of crap telecasts I've ever seen... worse than ESPN 2007 in fact.

I hope your right ! I wouldn't mind seeing JGR add a 4th car with Kenseth inside :cartwheel

Logano and Busch would be much better drivers with Kenseth in the organization. Hamlin... not so much, there's no cure for stupid.

It'd be a shame if Logano was forced out because JD Gibbs made mistakes and brought him on board too early where the only drivers he had to learn from were an immature Kyle Busch (who could benefit greatly working with a guy like Kenseth) and Denny Hamlin (the guy who had a mental meltdown and literally crashed himself out of a championship because of stupidity).

Logano's a great talent. Logano and Busch both have the potential to be great drivers if they had a veteran driver around them to work under.

Logano should have had a least 1 or 2 Nationwide seasons before driving that Home Depot 20 . Stewart left JGR no options !

Do all the crying and hand wringing you want, the fact remains Bad Brad ripped them all a new one.:dingding:

JGR equipment is just TRD trash and MWR drivers laugh at you.

Are you daft? The cheapskates could have paid NASCAR for the #20 for as long as they liked.

Richard Childress is paying for the #3 in Sprint Cup to honor Sr. to this day, now that's class! If Gibbs has any I challenge him to show it.

Now don't be stupid and talk about Nationwide/Austin Dillon because Teresa E. sold the Nationwide #3 to Richard Childress. It used to belong to Sr. Remember the AC Delco #3 that Jr. drove to back to back championships under DEI ownership. I didn't think you did.

Gibbs is all about making money and his excuses bore me.

The Tsar of NASCAR has spoken.

Oh and one other thing. For all the people who called Junyer's Michigan win a fluke, he finished fourth at Kentucky and remains second in points. Junyer remains the only driver to finish every lap of the 2012 season.
