At it again, working the Lowes parking lot with a story about needing to get to Waldorf. I stopped her hand waving there with a "Sorry I don't give money in park..." boom, she was gone chasing old guy at the cart return. Went in and told Customer Service, while wife called dispatch.

We went to Wal Mart the other night, saw a big black dude, white tee, yellow shorts, approach the car as we drove in!!!! Had his hand out as I drove by! I parked, we got out, he walked away to other set of doors. I went in to service desk and report him and told lady at the desk that panhandling was illegal and to tell him to go away!!

We came out about 20-25 minutes later and he was gone. But he most likely came back later as that store is open 24 hours.

Bob mentioned being hit up by a twitchy blonde in Calvert, maybe Lusby. Less than a week later, she hit me up at the Solomons Shell. Folks say she lives/lived in the Ranch Club, is constantly working CRE.

Trust me as you know they are evreywhere, different person same scenario. I have been approached in the WaWa parking lot in PF, and they are trying to make their way back to St. Mary's county due to a medical emergency uptown and have no gas. They also decline if you offer to put some money on your credit card and let them gas up at the tank, they want cash only...
Years ago driving down rte.4 from DC spotted a guy on the side of the road hitchhiking with a gas can in his hand. Stopped and offered help, he was adamant he did not need a ride to the closest gas station, just needed cash. Left him on the side of the road.

Female was Wal-Mart parking lot, big black guy was 235 Sheetz, and a pair of white guys in a white van GMR Sheetz.

Girl was, daughter in hospital in VA.

Black guy was wife is at work in Calvert, came to get dinner and don't have my wallet and out of gas... I busted him out and when I left to go home he was at WaWa working someone at their pumps.

White guys were'working' and ran out of gas couldn't get back to work. I actually asked the clerk to put $10 on their pump on a credit card, as soon as they thought I had left they canceled the sale at the pump and tried to get a refund from the clerk. Sat in the parking lot in my BRIGHT yellow jacket.

The blonde works the St. Mary's Wal-Mart parking lot too. Story is her boyfriend dumped her there and left here with no way home and her minutes on her phone have ran out. She got me the first time!!
