I know there's a fee involved. How long does it take to get it in the mail?

I walked into the MVA to request one a couple weeks ago and got it right on the spot :yay:

I guess I could research MD MVA and see what it says.
BTW, was $20 due 'on the spot' too?

On MVA's website, it says that you must have the vehicle title#.
That's on the registration, isn't it? I'd go look, but I'd have to dig through the glovebox to find it. That might take a while.

I just last week walked into DMV and needed a Md title, 20.00 and a few min and I was good. Also a little known fact that was unknown to me. I bought my Jeep im Md and MSI, registered and tagged in Md. I then moved to Ohio, tagged the jeep there and now Im back in Md. I was dreading the MSI because my Jeep is old and needed everything, I figured it would cost bigs $$$$$ to pass. Well turns out that if you had it titled in Md and moved back and still have the same car, no MSI needed. Yea for me.

Or you could just walk into the MVA and come home with your title.

Now why didn't I think of that?
I guess I could take the afternoon off one day this week; and hope the weather holds.

You can also go to any of those Tag and Title places. It's a little extra but little to no waiting and you get it on the spot.
