I don't know if a county zoning map is available on line, but don't forget about the rezoning of a lot of the land in the flight path. What is it called, Aircraft Incompatibility Use Zone?
If it's in that zone, it's not housing
Could be a toxic waste site, or a Sonic - same thing

Do we really need more office buildings? How many are sitting empty along the 235 stretch between Hermanville and Great Mills Road? What we really need is another liquor store.

There was a sign there for a storage facility for a long time.
