Any idea what they are putting in there?

The article says almost 1 million sq ft of retail/business. That's about three times bigger than First Colony (Target/Lowes/Micheals etc.)
Another concern I have is that they are only adding a turn lane to 235 Northbound. It seems to me that having the largest commercial area in the county, it should require the full 4 (3 travel +1 turn) lane treatment that 235 has south of 4. Traffic already backs up between 4 and wildewood/Airport Rd.
Is this the same development where they are talking about adding several hundred (or thousand) housing units?
