My 14 year old is looking for summer work in the Hollywood/Leonardtown area. Anyone know of a suggestion or where your 14 year olds have worked during the summer in the past? Thanks!

Has he considered volunteering at a local fire house? They don't pay well, but its his foot in the door for a long and exciting career. When he turns 16, he can take college level courses free of charge, and when he graduates, he can go apply for paid fire career jobs who recognize the training he recieved at the volunteer companies and make a good living?

My daughter worked at Burchmart in Leonardtown when she was 14. I wouldn't allow her to work after 9:00 at night and the manager worked around it.
